My five-session signature program is designed to build your confidence for interviewing; we’ll unpack a few unhelpful cultural ideas about interviewing and reframe with you as an active agent in the process. You’ll develop ‘packets’ of information about yourself and be ready to use them to answer any question you get in future interviews. 

 

We’ll also unpack ‘professionalism’ as a social construct that’s designed to serve folks in dominant groups - e.g. men, cis/white/currently able-bodied people, members of the middle- and upper-class - and figure out a way to navigate the norms of ‘professionalism’ in a way that feels most authentic to you.

 

We may not be able to change the realities of the professional world, but to the extent that you want to be part of it, we’re going to do what we can to get you your spot! 

 

If you’re pivoting in a new career direction, you will be able to explain how your skills and experience are transferable and relevant. You’ll be able to discuss aspects of your resume and qualifications that will reassure interviewers that you are right for the position and confidently articulate your accomplishments. You’ll feel calm - dare I say, perhaps even excited? - as you head into an interview, and leave feeling confident that you showed up authentically.
